As title suggests, I can’t enter the JP but I get two different….oddities….. on even and odd tries.

Odd tries: Starts loading JP for a few seconds then switches back to reloading Divinity’s Reach.

Even Tries: I just get this error message “The world you are attempting to join is full. Please try to have your party member join you in your world. (Code=33:9:19:1761:101)”

I am not in a party…..this is weird. All I wanted to do was my daily. ^^

I get this too. The worst part is that whenever I try to enter it and the loading screen switches back to DR, I get stuck in an ENDLESS loading screen.

This wintersday is not a happy fun time at all.

Happening to me too. I’ve been trying every 10-15 minutes and it still says that the map is full or automatically boots me from entering the JP.

Me and my friend are having the same issue. We aren’t even in a party and it keeps giving us that error.

Me too, I can’t get in, only “the world is full …”. Really?, please fix it.

I am having the same problem, tried getting into the JP now on 3 days, but it is still broken.

Also encountering this issue. Completely unable to enter Wonderland instance.

EDIT: I relogged, then waited about 20 minutes and attempted entering Wonderland again. I was able to get in after a few tries, so give it some time and you might get in.

I have the same here ; I retry (a lot) and I was finally able to play yesterday but today, it is just not working.

Whenever i tried to enter the wonderland, it would let me in first then throw me out to the loading picture of DC. I didn’t try that much, just 20 or 30 times… never made it… T_T

I am having the same problem. I understand and appreciate that you have a lot of bugs you are looking into but I have been trying for the last 45 minutes to do the jumping puzzle and I am getting both errors.
I either get the world is full or keep getting redirected back to DR. I would like to get this done but I’m just getting frustrated trying to get into the thing.
please fix this as soon as possible

I am either hitting the loading screen and not loading in the map or get shown an error code. (Code=19:9:19:1715:101) that tells me that i cannot access the login server, yet i am already in Divinity’s Reach, already playing, already chatting with guildies and friends.

It seems a radomly working workaround for me is talking to the npc next to the portal to get inside rather than entering via portal which either ends up in a loading screen that loads nothing or an error code but it seems it doesn’t work always

There are an issue that the jumping puzzle map can’t reload a new instance when time was over and the instance was closed to new players.

I’m having the same problem since 4 days! Is there any solution aka any support left in this game … ?
