I am unable to infuse the Matrix Cube Keys in Thaumanova Reactor in Metrica Province. In my inventory I have 4 Matrix keys (*Fire, *Ice, *Water, *Earth), as well as an empty bag slot. If I interact with the LIN39 terminal, I don’t have the option to combine them, and it forces me to leave. Please help!

You charge one key at all 4 places (Fire, Water, Earth, Air). You have 4 keys to be fully charged and then used to access the Steam Ogre.

You need to charge one key with all the four types. Just talk to the three consoles and the remains of the cleaning golem (like you already did), but have the same key on you the whole time.
Also, make sure it goes onto the same key. I never had more than one in the inventory, but my guess is that it takes the first it finds in the inventory, going from top left to bottom right.

Also remember that when you DO access the steam ogre with an infused matrix key, any other matrix keys in your inventory will be destroyed, so be sure to bank them beforehand
