Guild Wars 2

For the last few weeks when I join a squad and then map travel to join their map I end up on a different map, this is happening on every map (HoT or Original) with countless squads I have joined. Has something changed, am I missing something, or is there a bug somewhere? How can I fix this because its stopping me completing any meta events especially the HoT ones.

Not a bug.
When you join the map you picked, right click on one of the squads ghosted (white not green) names for the drop down menu to allow you to join in the map they are on. If you are too late you my get a server full message and then you are out of luck, unless more people can taxi in players to the map you are actually on.
Taxi system and mega servers still need to be refined imho.
