For some reason when I got rid of a Mangled Fish Corpse in the Sparkfly Fen area, I was suddenly unable to move. I couldn’t even jump. I was, however, still able to attack and my character turned into the direction of the enemy, but after that I was still stuck.

Luckily I could use Quick Shot to go backwards and then I could move freely again.

In the same vein, both I and my playing partner occasionally have this issue where moving forward with the “W” key does nothing. We can often “S” backwards or move sideways, but not forward. Then, suddenly, we do a gymnastic forward roll, and we’re good to go again. Don’t know if this is a bug or some sort of latency issue, but mention it here anyway.

I just happened to get another moving problem when I was playing my storyline. I wanted to get down, but then I suddenly got stuck and I wasn’t even able to attack or heal myself.

I’ve had this happen before in WvW I got downed and someone revived me and I was able to move again.

This has happened me a few times as well. I was rooted to the spot by some skill at first. But I couldn’t move afterwards either. My first time I stood there for many minutes trying to figure something out and Quick Shot was my saviour as well. Any skill that makes you move will get you out of it.

Sadly it didn’t work for me in the storyline, because I couldn’t use any attacks. In the end I just died.

yea sometimes i just stop moving after doing an action or attack and need to move again
some gameplay things are still bugged i think coz sometimes i attack a target randomly without wanting to
but maybe i should stop tapping mouse4 constantly to get the closest target so i know what’s around me
