On a quick search, didn’t find this brought up.
Having completed Victory or Death, I no longer have a green marker – perfectly fine. However, an issue comes in when I inter any kind of non-personal story/dungeon instance – home instance or otherwise. Examples I’m meaning: Caer Aval, Seraph Headquarters, Snaff Memorial Lab, all home instances, Knut Whitebear’s Loft, etc. The only instance I can enter and leave normally is Chantry of Secrets (I actually haven’t tested the Vigil or Durmand Priory instances, however).
This, I believe, is tied directly to the lack of the said green marker – having a personal story active is a requirement to normally leave instanced areas. The only way to leave them otherwise is by waypointing or logging off of that character. This needs to be fixed, as it’s rather annoying.

Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.
