Guild Wars 2

I attempted to purchase 1600 gems through the gem store and received an error message asking me to try again later. I tried twice and was unable to complete my purchase.

Same here. Tried buying 800 with paypal

I tried 3 days ago and again today…I cant get past the first screen, I put how much I want to buy and payment form in then click next but nothing happens…not to often I have to beg a company to take my money.

It seems there server is slow, or broken? I just tried and it took a while for the credit card – paypal- selections to appear then the amount appeared several seconds later, i proceeded to the next page and entered my billing info, but that’s as far as i got. Clicking on the “next” button did nothing. It has always popped up quick in the past?

edit: i noticed some things from reading several forum posts on this topic, which seem to go back several tabs (weeks n weeks)

1. if you switch the gem amount you can sometimes get the credit card info to appear, but for me its the wrong amount of gems 2800 never works, 1600 and 4000 give the credit card info screen.
2. if i switch to paypal i can proceed with my 2800 gem purchase, but i don’t have paypal and want to use a credit card
3. but because of this i don’t trust the site, seems shady/broken/ bad coding problems. I don’t want to be billed an NOT get my gems!

please please look at this soon!
