Guild Wars 2

I have been unable to receive mail from other people on my friends/contact list. I can still receive Mail from NPC Quest Givers but not from people I know. This seems to happen on all of my characters seemingly.

Has anyone else come across this bug?

Is your mail full? You can only have a maximum of 10 mails from other players.

I also have been unable to receive in game mail. My mails from other players still says 7/10. I am able to send mail to other players, but even when they hit reply and send a message it never reaches me.

I was having the same problem earlier. My mailbox said it was 7/10 full, but I was not receiving mail my husband sent to my toon. I deleted one of the old items, and then a new one popped in.

I had a bunch of npc mail still in my inbox, so I deleted all of those, then the ones my husband had sent me as a test all came through.

Apparently npc mail is somehow affecting the count, even though it doesn’t reflect it in the count at the top of the mailbox.
