Guild Wars 2

I just recently purchased two fifteen dollar Gem cards. The codes on the cards are 10 characters long, the game wont let me press the redeem button until there are 11 characters. Pretty sure this is a bug since I’ve used gem cards before and didn’t have this problem.

Make sure to include any spaces that may be in the string of numbers before attempting to press ‘Redeem’.
