I know this is likely to prevent people from flooding moderators with angry messages, but for some reason, I can’t help but find it infuriating.

I’m beginning to suspect that the moderators are actually just bots.

If you are human, Mr. forum moderator, why am I not allowed to talk to you?

If you have any complaint or wish to make any appeal about anything on forums you can do that through email to forums@arena.net. Moderators usually won’t respond to PMs (no idea about the reason) and attempting to reply to it will forward it to Support.

They aren’t bots, and when you reply to their messages, it is exactly the same as sending an email to forums@arena.net. You will get a reply email either way.

Oh, that answers why I got a email about a support ticket when I replied to it ages ago :P That’s why I said that attempting to reply to it would redirect to Support.
