Benthic Waterbreather drops from Tequatl, and you can sell it on the TP.
I remember before, these could be salvaged, but now they cannot.
Has this been changed? There’s a strength rune in there I’d like to get.

Yeah… I just ran into this exact same issue. These things being salvageable was the only reason why I purchased them in the first place.
