Unable to sell on TP since Apr update
You can try clearing out your GW2 cache (directions in the technical support forums). If that doesn’t do it, I recommend working with the support team by creating a request: click on the link at the top of the page for Support and then “Submit a Request.” They are very good about working with players on this.
Edit: as pointed out by Inculpatus cedo, the correct wording of the second link is to submit a request, not to ask a question (as I had originally written).

To avoid any confusion, that would be ’click the link at the top of the page for Support and then “Submit a Request”.

No problem. It used to be ‘Ask a Question’, but just to avoid any confusion whatsoever, directing to the pertinent phrase/link is probably prudent. =)
