Guild Wars 2

I have had an account since the first closed beta. Since I started head start I have been restricted as to the amount of gold/silver/copper I can send.

Monday I sent a gold to a guild member, was unable to send any more money after that. Yesterday all I could send was 20 silver. Its like this every day.

I am our guilds logistics officer and this is making my job imposssible. I am even restricted in the amount of items I can move in and out of the Guild banks.

I have earned well over the amount of money I am able to send, but I constantly get a message that says I have exceeded the amount of money a new account can transfer.

I get the same message when I try moving mats in the bank.
