Guild Wars 2

Hi, I don’t know when this happened but I can’t seem to open Guildwars 2 anymore…

When I startup the launcher it’s all fine, but after I press the “Play” button, the launcher goes away and nothing happens… as in, the game did not start.. is there any fix to this without reinstalling?
