Unable to use Celestial Ori Inscription
You have to get the recipe for the specific weapon you want to make, check the trading post for Recipe: Celestial.

I have an Artificer crafting level 440+. I made a Celestial Orichalcum Imbued Inscription but the crafting station will not allow me to use the Inscription in discovery mode to make any items that use this inscription. Is there some restriction on the Celestial inscription or is this a bug?
