Unable to use guild vault
Your items aren’t account or soul bound are they? If so, you cannot deposit those kinds of items into the Guild vault.
Try depositing something like a mat, say… orichalcum ore.
Does that work?
Four possibilities:
(i) Your trying to deposit items that are account or soulbound, which you can’t deposit in a guild bank only in your own ‘personal’ account bank.
(ii) You just created the guild and its first tier bank storage, but its less than three days old and the bank storage hasn’t actually finished building yet.
(iii) Your trying to deposit into one guild bank while representing another.
(iv) A bug/client corruption, meaning you need to submit a support ticket and wait for a response – or try a repair of the client.

Thank you guys very much for the responses. Nothing I am trying to move is account bound. The bank storage is several days past completion. I am only representing my own guild.
I did submit a support ticket 3 or so days ago, in the mean time I figured I would ask the forum if they had any ideas.

Is the account new? Some features are locked behind time and/or hours played.

Did you transfer servers? Perhaps, your guild vault somehow got left behind…
Did you receive the nearly-immediate automated response on your ticket? If so, and you have heard nothing else in over 72 hours, you can post the ticket number in the pertinent Sticky in Account/Tech Support.

Transferring servers shouldn’t affect the guild bank anymore (unless they moved from NA to EU or vice versa — I’m not sure what happens then and it’s too costly to test).
I’m aware of that, which is why I said ‘somehow got left behind’…..stranger bugs have happened. Lol.
I have not transferred servers. Thanks though. I don’t seem to have my ticket number so I will open a new support ticket and then after 3 more days ill post it.
