Guild Wars 2

When attempting to discover as a tailor using the tier 3 fine crafting materials, I ran into a problem, as the materials don’t show up on the discovery panel, and won’t allow me to transfer the materials from my inventory to the crafting panel. Is this intentional, or a bug?

If you’re trying to make armor with them, note that you have to turn them into inscriptions in the Production pane first.

Well, I was trying to craft with them, but the part that I thought was a bug was that all other tiers of my crafting materials showed up in the discovery panel, but not the tier 3 materials, for instance, all of the venom sacs but the tier 3 ones showed up. I was wondering if that was a bug or not.
