Hi,

By sometimes I mean 1 every 3 times I log, I cannot whisper people, and cannot receive whispers from people.

Whether I click the name in the chat, right click and ‘whisper’ in the guild list or friend list, or even type it, it just won’t work, until I leave the game entirely and launch it again. Log out to character selection won’t work.

Before you ask, yes, everything is enabled in the chat tabs, etc.

This has been going on for about one month, and it’s annoying.

You could try clearing the GW2 cache, using the -prefreset command line argument, or -repairing the client.
