Well now that it appears as though you’ve made an attempt at making the ‘Unbound Magic’ set of tools no longer unsheathe weapons when used (and thank you for that!), it is now a thing, so I think now I can report a bug about it! 
The mining pick and gathering tool both work as intended, they do not unsheathe weapons any longer. The axe, however, seems to have missed the boat. Using it still unsheathe weapons.
Thank you again for making it so the other 2 tools don’t do it. Hopefully it won’t be too hard of a fix for the axe!
