Guild Wars 2

I was is WvW at the Lowlands fighting a ranger underwater. Every time I downed him, he would swim to the surface and down again and remain invulnerable indefinitely. This made it impossible to kill him because he would regen faster than I could damage him.

Anyone else experiencing this exploit?

He made have had his pet helping him heal.

I have witnessed this happen as well, and not just rangers. I thought it was a fluke, but has happened a few times. Not sure if it’s an exploit, or just a bug, but either way, yeah, I’ve seen it.
