I’ve noticed that the activation time on every minion skill (Summon Bone Fiend, etc.) is 0.5 seconds when used underwater, despite being 1.5 seconds elsewhere. The tooltips for these skills even change to reflect this when transitioning from running to swimming (except for those that are locked underwater anyway). Sorry if this isn’t a bug, but I don’t see it documented on the wiki, and I can’t imagine why it would be intended behavior.
