Unexpected Candy Corn Node
Yah, this randomly happens all the time, rarely does it stick around long enough to be mined though.
I see them and other nodes frequently on the mini-map and then suddenly disappear almost as quickly.

Yeah, this has happened to me too. It tells me that the nodes are actually still on the map, but are just flagged to be “hidden” so we can’t see them or mine them. But for whatever reason, sometimes lag or something else will cause them to be briefly visible.
Have been seeing those ‘’ghost nodes’’ for a while now. They do pop on the minimap for a second or so and then dissapear. I managed to spot one in game as well, was actually yesterday when I was running in Malchor’s Leap holding shift to see where exactly mithril ore was located and right when I slowly approached it a Rich candy corn showed up, glitching for less than a second and dissapearing. Saw it on the ground in front of me.
Would be nice to fix these glitches. Minimap ones are pretty frequent.
They did this last year. It was reported back then and fixed but I guess the bug is back.

I always really hate it when i see that those candycorn nodes sit on the spawnplace
of rich nodes .. and always ask myself if there would have been an iron node instead
if they really removed the candy instead of just hide them.

Seeing the rich candy corn veins appear then disappear is down right teasing and not nice

I don’t think the bug was ever really, truly gone. But yes, in the last few months I’ve seen them more frequently than before.
