hello guys

im just starting guildwars after trying free 2 play option and now upgraded my account to HoT. I played on Mac and on Windows depending which laptop i got at the moment..

i have bug / issue that when i click the lock key on the bank tab, i was asked if i want to add additional bank tab for 600 gems, and i choose it , but the bank tab still locked and when i check the Black Lion gem store, my gem already decreased by 600 gem.. the recently purchased log showed i purchased additional bank tab.

the situation happened with this facts in mind :
- i was on a lv 2 necromancer boosted to 80 on trial run , in silverwaste zone and i interact with the banker in the area.
- i was on mac client of GW2
- i received the mail saying item already delivered
- i done this before (buying additional bank tab) successfully with the same computer
- i also bought additional character slot successfully
- theres no item / attachment on the mail or in my inventory

I still got 2 bank tab (1 free tab and 1 i bought the day before) , i should have 3 bank tabs with. the purchase of 2 additional bank tab, but so far only 2 tab showed up.

i put a ticket out but havent got any reply other than the automated response.

anyone ever encounter bug when buying from gem store ?

Have you tried logging out completely, restarting the game, and logging back in?

You will have to wait for the CS Team to assist you. Yes, others have experienced issues over the past 4 years. The CS Team assisted them.

Did you do a full relog of the game? Usually you have to relog for those changes to take place.

yes i tried relogging and logging on different computer and different client (from mac client to windows)

already put a ticket and still no response.

Request received: 2257991:Additional Bank Slot purchase problem , Gem deducted but no bank slot

It may be a few days, higher volume of tickets means delayed responses.

If you’ve not heard back in over 3 days, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’ in the Account Support sub-forum.

it is resolved in 2 days , they asked me to send a screenshot of my bank and then they sent me an additional bank tab item via mail .. but i dont understand what is a ‘quaggan’

In most cases the support team is not able to do this however, we were able to make an exception for you in this particular situation. A quaggan has been sent with the Bank Tab Expansion in game.

for myself, the issue remains :
- Unlocking item(s) directly from the game interface might be buggy , better to get the item from the Black Lion Gem Store instead.
- Possible problem with GW2 Mac Client , if possible i will avoid doing any transaction with the Mac Client and use my Windows Laptop
- Since the issue occured when i was in a Trial-boost-to-80 character in Silverwaste , i have a nagging feeling that this is related to the bug.. Because before this , i bought a banktab with my lv21 character in queensdale and it successfully unlocked..
- When i unlocked the bank tab , the confirmation dialogue box appeared and when i approved it , the screen like flashed for a bit then i received mail saying the item is delivered (no item attached) and the bank tab remain locked.. this is different from the 1st time i bought bank tab successfully , no screen flashing back then.
