I’ve come across a few wardrobe items that I know should be unlocked prior to the update for account wide wardrobe. Most times it’s not a problem, an item I crafted or bought with karma yada yada, recraft, rebuy, no biggie.

Last night though, I came across Scarlets Veil. An achievement that’s part of an event that has passed. I have this acheivement, I have the title, I remember deafeating Scarlet in the Breakmaker twice! But when hovering over the reward in the acheivement screen, Scarlets Veil shows “Skin Locked”. I remember wearing this skin on atleast 1 character prior to wardrobe swap.

I’ve submitted a support ticket, but what happened with these skins that should be unlocked, did I use a transmute charge on a lowby and then salvage the armor? And if the event is Historical is it even possible at this point to have the skin reimbursed.

This was a skin item, not an armor piece, that predated the wardrobe. You wouldn’t have needed a transmutation stone to use it.

What probably happened is that you used the item and either discarded it or the character it was on.

If you can prove you earned the item, Support is usually good about giving you another copy.
