Update bugs & the response from support
being IT for 30 years now, I understand you and totally agree
bugs are normal in any software, unfortunately
bugs not being fixed as soon as reported isn’t normal and is very unprofessional

Please ANet or GW2 devteam, please get your updates in shape.
We as players will be willing to wait for an update, if its guaranteed to function properly.
The past few days have brought me bug upon bug and it heavily puts me off playing.
I’m always open to being patient for a stable and reliable update.
