Updated: Ele Bugs: as of 8/13/2015 patch
Arcane Brilliance still centers the BLAST finisher on the opponent rather than the Ele. In order to get it to function correctly you have to have no target.
10 gold Anet doesn’t fix it before 2016.
RTL as other transformation skills proc on swap sigils, the same is with Mist Form, Avatar of Melandru, etc.
Soothing Mist
The Soothing Mist’s reapplication while in Water Attunement delays the ticks. As a result, the regeneration effect does not apply consistantly every seconds; actually, it procs about two times every 3 or 4 seconds. (I was using the improved Soothing Mist)
- Ether Renewal gives you the cantrip boons only at the end of the recharge, but most eles are used to interrupting it with a dodge when they are fully healed or if they needed to move fast. In that situation it doesn’t give you might, vigor or regen.
- Churning earth displays “Might” the moment you start channeling it but gives you might only at the end.
- Churning earth animation keeps going even if you are interrupted. It should be clearer when you are interrupted. It’s cooldown should been reduced just like Killshot cooldown was reduced: It makes no sense that a skill that does twice more damage, from a class with twice more hp, takes 66% of the channeling time of Churning Earth to cast.
Out of curiosity how long has Arcane Brilliance been faulty for, there seem to be posts going back 9 months or more. It’d be nice to get a dev confirmation that these long standing faulty profession skills will eventually get attended to.
The 7/26/2015 patch fixed the following bugs:
-Fresh Air: This trait still has a cooldown sometimes.
-Ferocious Winds: This trait grants Ferocity based on Toughness, not Precision.
I’ve updated the OP with more bugs; it is up-to-date as of the 8/13/2015 patch.

It’s been always working like that.
