Upgrade to full account to use TP?
Sounds like you may have got caught by a bug due to this weekends free trial. Best bet will be to make a support ticket, just to make sure it doesn’t but a stop on your account after the weekend is over as it looks like it’s reading your account as a trial one.

Can you try restarting your game client and see if this still shows up?
You can try this:
1. Open your trading post (leave this open until finished)
2. Open your options panel
3. Change the language to French
4. Wait for the trading post to reload in French
5. Change the language back to English (anglais)
6. Test trading post
This helps with a good variety of trading post issues. On Mac, this may initiate an easily fixable gamma bug, but pc is okay.
I tried it again a few minutes after this and it worked..
So kind of only closed and opened the TP again.

I have the same problem. Did a restart, did not help. Changed character, did not help. Tried to sell something else, did not work. Another member of my guild has the same problem.
I pre-ordered the game. Started playing the minute it could. Anet: Please let me know if you need more info.

Same problem, I also cannot login with a newly created character but can with already made characters… Closed and restarted the client several times. Please fix.
Same problem but I’m also having problems joining groups too
After sending my invite, I get a short delay and then a connection error.
I have this problem aswell, Restarting the game does not fix the problem.
Gives the trial a users a good idea of what to expect with this game.
Don’t support the Gem Shop, it’s that easy.
Well, i would just like someone to acknowledge a problem, which means they will work on it (restart the servers or buy new hardware to replace whatever went out.) Which means I will be closer to playing again.

Yup – seems that starting to get ‘login’ error problems/security problems for party joining. I’m an EU Player (started on EU World) and transfered to a NA World (JQ).

Finally some acknowledgement of the issue by Anet on thier twitter account… sigh it should NOT have taken 2 hours to be acknowledged that there was an issue…

Everything is back to normal now
I tried to buy something off of TP. (2 flame dyes).
When i couldnt buy it i checked the pickup box if i got it anyways.
Nothing there. So i tried to buy another time. Nothing either.
Like 10-20min later i miss 80G and no items in my pickup box.
This is pretty unsatisfying.
Same here, i lost apparently 10 g to linnenbags T_T it was too late when i realized that it drains my munneh…..
For some reason the ‘wallet’ is misbehaving – all my toons only have the money from stuff sold in the last couple of hours. The 70g that should be there has “vanished” – hopefully it will re-appear :P
Restarting is a nice plaster, but more ppl are having this issue. Time for a fix!
