I used gems today before the black lion trading company went down towards the Primeval armour but never got the item but it took my gems anyone else had a similar issue?

Don’t have a solution for you mate, but just wanted to vouch for this bug as I was a victim of it too.

For me it was with the EXP Booster. I thought it was lag, so I clicked it several times. Consumed Gems 3x with no Item appearing in my mailbox (which is empty).

I bought a character slot expansion two days ago and haven’t received it yet either.

Even though it predates the BLTC being taken down for maintenance I’m hoping I might get it once they bring it back up and clear the backlog of purchases.

I hope the same I have emailed them a few times but haven’t heard anything back its getting quite ridclous

I purchased the primeval armour skin yesterday 18/12/12 and still have had nothing delivered. It says i bought it in my purchase history but no mail came not even after log out.

Have you tried to delete some of your received mails? Had a similar problem a while ago with my mad king costume.
