Guild Wars 2

I have 2 warriors, 1 with Berserker fully unlocked and the other (condi build) still in the process of unlocking the specialisation line.

I have unlocked some traits and skills in the Berserker trait line for my second warrior but I am not getting the option to select this trait line when I am changing my build. Is this an intended feature (highly unlikely I would think) or a bug?

Not a bug. You need to use the third slot.
There are plans to add further elite specialisations in the future but you will be only be allowed to use one at the same time.
That’s why you can use them only in the last slot. You might notice that this one has a special border which differentiates it from the other slots.
