Last night we had some fun in WvW so I switched to my town clothes. When we saw the enemy approaching I ran to a ballista and started firing. As soon as I started using the siege my armor came on. The problem is I couldn’t leave the ballista anymore. I pressed F and got my weapon skills but I couldn’t move. The only way of moving was using skills like the sword 2 skill (which is why I’m not next to the ballista in the first screenshot). But even then the camera is still stuck on the ballista (screenshot 2). The only way of solving this problem is using a waypoint that will lead to a loading screen.
I had the same issue in Arah story mode when I was using a cannon. Don’t remember exactly what happened. I think I was killed while using a cannon and while someone tried to revive me I used the nearest WP. Unfortunately I got stuck with the camera at the cannon and my Warrior at the WP unable to move. Since the WP there is right next to the cannons there was no loading screen and I had to restart the whole dungeon
Did anyone else have similar issues with siege weapons?
