The Gemstore Utility Booster isn’t working properly. After activating the booster and consuming a utility it gives the expected several hour duration in the utility tool tip and seems to work as expected so long as I stay logged in.

HOWEVER after logging off and coming back the next day the utility booster is still active as expected but the utility item is GONE and I have to consume another (often worth a good fraction of a gold) item the reinstate the boost.

I’ve had to do this a few times now and it’s rather irritating to have something I purchased not working as expected.

I tried this with a Metabolic booster yesterday. Same problem.

These items don’t work. They are worthless. They should be taken off the Gem Store until they are fixed.
