So I was wondering if anyone has addressed this but in my utility section, 7 8 9 slots for my necro are epidemic, blood is power, and plague signet. During combat or even not during combat i use the skill ‘Plague signet(slot 9)’ and the skill has a 60 second cooldown. then i switch my slot 8 skill once im out of combat to change the skill to ‘Signet Of the Locust’ which helps me run 25% faster. But the problem is when i switch my slot 8 skill to signet of locust the locust skill automatically goes into cooldown and syncs its cooldown with my plague signet cooldown. I did rearrange my utility skills if this happened again and it did when i put plague as my slot 8 and another skill as my slot 9 and when i switched slot 9 to locust i got the cooldown for locust. I tried this with a few other skills i used instead of plague signet to see if the cooldown only made locust sync only plague but i tried it with well of blood as well, spectral armor and theres probably more. Please fix signet of locust.

The bug is still here with ‘Signet of the Locust’ and seems to trigger with ‘Epidemic’ too.

Both skills, when switched out of combat, synchronise their CD with one skill of 30sec+ CD which is recharging.

I also noted that this bug will trigger at 100% chances when the switch of utility skills is made with these 2 skills.

This is really annoying, not being able to use the speed signet as we need.

And having a 36sec+ CD on Epidemic (which is 3x the skill CD !) instead of being able to use it in fight…
