Guild Wars 2

I noticed that the arrows above the utility skills use to change skills are not vanishing while in combat. While I don’t think this is intentional it is kind of inconvenient when it was an indicator of being in combat.

This^ I am having the same problem. Very hard to tell when I am in combat or not in combat.
