Guild Wars 2

On my elementalist main, the #5 water staff skill, Healing Rain, is unusable. It cannot be clicked, and does not respond to the hotkey. All other skills work properly, including all other attunments, weapons, and ground target skills. The problem persists through weapon swaps, weapon-type swaps, zone changes, and logging out/in. Additionally, the skill works properly in PvP, and also works properly on an elementalist alt.

Sometimes the UI bugs out and shows some skills as unlocked even though they’re actually not. It unlocks properly after you kill a couple more mobs.

I think it happens when you level up while being very close to unlocking a skill.

I have this on my elementalist as well.

My skills are fully unlocked, so thats not it. It simply will not fire. (Or rain)

Edit: I do believe Fwiffo to be right, I killed a few with water, and now it works.
It -looked- Unlocked though…
