Guild Wars 2

So i have just puchased Hearth of thorns and only need 4 days till my acoount to get validated but the problem is that my validation count down has been stuck at 4 days for over a week and isn’t counting down so i suppose that this is a bug, and would like to be able to sell things to the trading post.
