I dont know if there is already a topic about this, didnt find one.
All the “Town Clothes” hats that I owned did not unlock for me. This includes the devil horns, the witch hat and the baseball cap. Since the devil horns are unlocked on my fiances account and I have seen some of the others ingame, this seems like a bug.
I can also not find a slot in the wardrobe for my green quaggan backback

Did you speak to the Trader that unlocks Town Clothes? It is disabled right now, but had you previously? The character that speaks to him must have the item in inventory, as well. Hopefully, after the Trader ‘maintenance’, all will be well. Good luck.
I actually notice a similar bug yesterday. I have been collecting some of the skins for the new Fashion achivement and I notice that some skins doesn’t appear in the wardobe despite I did unlocked it.
So far I had notice this on the Warden armour (medium) for the glove, legging and shoe (I attach an image of the warden shoe not shown in my wardobe). I think has something to do with those skin image is the default medium armour piece image instead of being its own unquie images that the other skins has gotten from the last patch.
In saying so however the Duelist and Stalker skins do shared the same default medium armour images.
Well…i had the blood prince outfit on my ele and mad King’s outfit on my ranger…none of them unlocked in wardrobe, and the devil horns i had it also on my ele (instead of the blood mask)-that is missing from wardrobe also. Sent a support ticket but no reply or anything so far…

When you unlock an Outfit, or any Town Clothes, it does not automatically go to the wardrobe. The NPC gives you a Consumable. Did you check all inventories for Consumables?
Ok, i think I got it. The witch hat and baseball cap dont have any slots in the wardrobe and should be consumables. I’ll check this armor guy, if they hand tham over to me. Edit: This content has been disabled…..

Which still leaves the green quaggan backpack. Since the other backpacks have a place in the wardrobe this one should have one too. I didn’t unlock it untill now, since I dont have a fitting character but the option should be there.

The green quaggan doesn’t unlock until you open the container. The wardrobe slot for it is hidden until it is unlocked.
