This is only 4% – there are no notes that state this shouldn’t be 13%

Change the 4 to a 13 in the code please?

Any updates here? This is a significant loss compared to PvE – for many Revs in Retribution, that’s ~200 power.

Actually PvP AND WvW – so it seems there’s a conscious decision to nerf this trait there, but nobody’s bothered to let us know.

I’d like an answer too.

This keeps getting buried with no response yet. Seems like an easy fix, but the concentration on spelling errors and the like is worrisome.
