Not sure if this is a bug or I am missing something. I was fighting the Veteran Harpy Matriarch near Arca Lake in the Harathi Hinderlands. Her health was down to half and then she flies up, like harpies do, and I waited for her to come down, but she has never come back…

It’s been about 15 minutes so I’m assuming either it’s a glitch or I am doing something wrong?

I wandered into the event at the same point. Matriarch half dead, but I couldn’t locate her.
