Is there at least any update about this matter? This is really holding a lot of people back with their collections big time. I have parked a toon there and check over and over in hopes that it will be fixed. Please fix! its the only thing left I need! I hear if there is a GM there they can get you past the doors some how. Is this true?

The error was found, the devs are working on a fix slated for next build. There were ZERO promises about the effectiveness of the fix.

No.

There is occasionally a GM at this event that can help you. I was able to get what I needed for Zap. They can’t get you through the gate but can help with the item you need.
