After finishing VoD on my guardian, one of the rewards as an exotic Ragamuffin Bandana. I put it in storage for my ranger and I just went to equip it and discover that it is a level 18 mask.

Is that supposed to be there, a level 18 exotic for the end game reward? Because that just doesn’t seem right.

ETA: It turns out somebody else in the guild also got a level 18 exotic from VoD.

I didn’t even imagine there could be exotics with such low level…

Both my friend and I got level 18 items as the reward.

Fairly useless. Should I make a ticket?

Don’t spread misinformation. It’s not a leveling reward, it’s a level 80 personal story mission. You should not be getting low-level items from that.

It is not misinformation. It comes from the Mentor’s Kit, which is part of the Victory or Death reward.

Mentor’s Kit is a container rewarded for players that have completed the final mission of the personal story.

Acquisition:

Characters who complete Victory or Death will receive a Mentor’s Kit as a reward.

Wow, and here I thought end-game rewards couldn’t get worse. Well, my bad, I suppose.

Wow, that level 18 exotic will be useful for several minutes on my lowbie char.
