my game constantly crashes at the cutscene after defeating the mouth of zhaitan in the victory or death story mission.

Consistently having my game crash in the Victory or Death story mission. It happens after the cutscenes from beating the big guy with the fireballs. The error will say I lost my connection and give this code. code=7:11:3:191:101. Please help as I can’t continue story mode with this bug.
