I understand the chap who runs the canon is supposed to fire cows and then allow us to use the cannon to potentially get to the vista south of Blasted Moors. However it seems at least on this server the cows never arrive so he never progresses. Have waited several hours and many other players are getting stuck on this. I am posting this as I am unable to find a dupe by searching. Apologies if I missed it.

Im having the same problem and I hope they fix it soon as I am 98% through that area of the map and cant complete it without that vista. I think they should really fix it. It cant be that hard to fix one thing.

Arenanet doesn’t fix one thing at a time.
They wait a whole month and then the patch the game for like 200+ buggs/issues.
