The vista at Dostoev’s Sky Peak can be reached by jumping from the upper level fenced area over the closed gate underneath – someone said there was a chain you pull to open the fence, I haven’t found the chain yet.
When you go to the upper level above the gate and walk to the fenced area, then move to the right just where the fence ends and jump from that point you can bypass the closed gate to get to the vista and chest area. You still have to fight to get there but it’s an unintentional solution.
Don’t know if this would be considered an exploit or oversight, but I’ve been showing people how to get to the vista like that all day long cause I didn’t know any other way to do it.
Maybe extending the fence another section down the ramp would force people to find the chain pull.
