Hi.
I don’t know if anyone else has reported this, but if you wear the light armor Flame Legion shoes and jump into water, the top of the boots change appearance and remains looking in this weird way (grey-ish with white circles) until you re-equip them….
I have attached a before and after picture.

Steps to re-produce:

  • Equip light armor Flame Legion Shoes.
  • Equip Cloth Aquabreather of the Afflicted
  • Jump into water.

Actually, this bug seems to be releated to the Aquabreather of the Afflicted. It only happens if I have that equiped. It seems the texture from the aquabreather is re-used somehow.

Edited the above post.

Same problem here, it’s annoying to unequip/equip gear to fix the bug. Hopefully this will be fixed in the next patch.

Same problem. I thought it was a graphics setting or video card problem – guess not.

Hoping for the same thing. It seems several skins are affected by this. My T1 cultural light armor boots looks weird after a dip in the water as well.

Sorry to bump an old topic, but I am also having this problem. It was fixed after repairing my gw file, but has begun to re-occur after only 3 days since the repair. So it is only the afflicted breather that does this? I guess in that case ill just get another breather. I will report back if using a different breather fixes the issue. EDIT: there are no other aquabreathers available…???
