my girl guardian shout this out with male voice. At first I lol’d but then..

Imagine, my little cute Asuran girl necromancer, yelling For Great Justice with deep and rough Charr male voice.

I didn’t know should I do bug report or call exorcist for help.

Having the same trouble with my female Norn Mesmer. Wasn’t aware of when or how she switched genders (still LOOKS female) but it’s very unnerving.

There are a lot of audio bugs and a lot of general bugs in the patch from yesterday.

My Necro randomly recites mesmer mantras at the moment.
I guess I shuld be happy she does it in her own voice huh?

Actually, my brother and I were talking about this. What we figure is going on is that we are hearing those voices from other players that are in the same zone. We figure that something went wrong, and instead of having our voices being confined to only an “ear shot” away, it is being projected to the whole zone instead.

My brother and I are in 2 different states, and we play with Skype running. We were both hearing the same exact “random” voices at the same time. But when ever we entered into an instance, like Personal Story, those random voices completely stopped, but came back when we exited the instance. There were a few times where we were separated by a great distance, and we still both heard the same random voices at the same time.

So I don’t believe it is our character that is saying the random stuff, rather we are hearing all the other players throughout the whole zone.

I doubt it. My Charr’s mouth moves whenever one of the phantom voices plays, so it eems likely that it’s coming from her.

It could be related to other players triggering it but the sound is actually coming from your own char. Check their lips and you will see them moving.
