I am also having this bug. Was wondering where the random dialogue was coming from.

Also having this problem. I hear voices from all races randomly start talking when no one is near me. Using all scenario voices (the “Need support” for downed, etc.)

Nice bug. I kept looking around to make sure that sound doesn’t come from my toon.
I thought Anet just hired a psychiastrist to test their players. No?

Also have this bug. I’ve tried restarting the game several times to no effect. It’s incredibly annoying! Also got a serious error (submitted report), where my game crashed to desktop. Don’t know if it’s related.

I’ve been reporting this since patch no response. Well I suppose there are other games to spend our time and money on.

I would like to add to this is that seemingly random voices saying different shouts seem to occur in and out of combat situations even when no-one else is around me.

My female asura keeps randomly spitting out male norn and male human sound bytes. My female charr is spitting out random male norn and male and female human sound bytes. This is incredibly annoying. Please fix.
