After defeating the assassin’s you are prompted to talk to the Exemplars. Both Exemplars have the green story star above their heads and also have the option to interact with them but when doing so nothing happens.
My current objective is to talk to the Exemplars but of course unable to.
I will now re-run the story and see what happens.
Second re-run:
This time I was able to successfully complete the story. The only difference I noticed between the two was the story video clip promoted at different stages.
The first run the story video clip promoted right after defeating the last assassin
The second run the story video clip promoted when the Exemplar’s where in their correct positions.
Both times I skipped the clip.
Hopefully some useful information for anyone whom gets stuck or to assist in working out the bug.
