Guild Wars 2

Not sure if this is a bug or a “feature.” It seems that zoning is knocking people out of the WVW queue. You also do not seem to be able to queue from an overflow zone. So as things stand, to queue for WVW you need to:

1) Enter a zone.
2) Wait to exit overflow.
3) Queue for WVW.
4) Wait an hour or more without zoning (at least on my home server) for a WVW queue to open for you.

Does that match everyone’s experience? Is it a bug or a feature?

Bad game mechanic

Same here, of late. In prelaunch I had no such issues. I fully understand that there are more people now, and more people who are trying out WvW for the first time, so the queue is understandable as well.

I can see dozens of people complaining everywhere I go.

thats exactly one big point ingame..

- queues are random. it happen that you enter after 5 min or maybe after 4 hrs
- if you are in once some ppl get kicked out from the game bcs “network issues”
those message coming from arena.net “please check your network bla bla”
what does it mean for you.. start again waiting queue.
If you are anyone of those which got a job / going to school then you may have 2-4 hrs max playtime. so sometimes you will not have a chance to enter.. great ! if you love WvW
- kicked bcs idle status 15min. sometimes it happen you get a urgent call ,for example your Mom ^^ then you need sometimes more then 15min for a call with your Mom.
- capacity is not at the end. more ppl will play this game and how many we actually have on each server.

i read somewhere its about 5.000- 10.000 ppl per server. and how many can join WvW? 150-200 ppl per Side. thats not even 10% !!
so like other ppl already wrote we need a higher cap and more maps.

- we are not able to play as one legion at once on WvW bcs they cant join! and as we know game is called Guild Wars2 not "Queue Wars2 "
