Guild Wars 2

I opened up my mail and read the letter from Anet giving me a free booster. I noticed it was soulbound on aquire so I closed the mail (did not delete it) and switched to my WVW character. When I went into the mail it was gone and deleted along with the booster. Can you send another one? That seems silly but was happy to get it to use it. Either way thought I would report the bug here.

Wanted to update this. When I go back to my original character that I read the mail on the WXP booster and letter is there. I just took it on that character even though I’ll not use it there. just wanted to let other players know.

Yep, same problem here.

Now I have an WXP Booster Soulbound to an twink which I’ll never wanted to play in WvW.
(Why is this even souldbound?)

Yeah, let us use it on our WvW char at least.

Any chance this will be fixed? I logged in on an alt and didn’t take the booster when I saw it was soulbound, but I can still only access that mail from that alt. It seems a bit unfair that it’s soulbound on whichever character you log first rather than the one you accept it with…
