Wall of Reflection and Life Blast
Life blast is a penetrating skill. I wonder if that part of the code might be messing with reflection?
Life Blast:
Asura hits a Norn enemy, and an asura enemy standing behind the Norn enemy won’t be hit because Life Blast projectile is directed upwards to hit the Norn in the face, and after that the projectile will keep flying towards the sky not hitting anything else.
Norn hits an Asura enemy, and no enemy will be hit behind the asura, becuse Life Blast pojectile is directed downwards, so it will go through the ground, missing any enemies behind the target.
This 2 examples are true for any PvE mob, and probably a valid explanation of your screenshot.
As it was mentioned before that some safespots are not exploits but a result of poor design, this thing isn’t a bug but it is a result of poor design.
+1 quick note: If you run an asura necro, plague form still won’t show correct aoe ring, thus you can’t see if an enemy is in range or not.

No. This is not happening with just asura necro. I just tested it against a charr necro (reminder that I’m still a human guardian) and got the same bug.
I’m less concerned that its an exploit and more that it’s a bug that has yet to be recognized. This is pretty close to gamebreaking in tpvp, especially with the projectile meta that’s happening right now. It’s a pretty big damage spike that’s just ceasing to exist, and its costing fights.
