Rime-Rimmed Mariner’s Rebreather isn’t showing up on my wardrobe, anyone else having the same issue?

It’s the underwater mask that gives you an ice crystal aura underwater.

Have you unlocked it? Some items don’t show up until they are unlocked.

The Rime-Rimmed Mariner’s Rebreather effect is unfortunately attached to the item, not to the skin. The skins are just the regular underwater helm skins.

If you want the effect, you must wear the original item. The effect cannot be skinned onto another item.

This. You can’t transfer it to any other item, therefore it can’t show up in your wardrobe either.

Which shouldn’t be the case. Just like how effects on legendaries work.
